I forked over cash to Guitarbitz (through Amazon) just for shipping, only to get hit with a 68 euro bill for customs to France (thanks to that post-Brexit mess). But you know what? As soon as they caught wind of it, Guitarbitz promptly gave me my money back... Yep, they covered the import duty themselves. Really impressive!

I bought a ukulele from Guitarbitz via Amazon. You really see a company's worth when issues arise; when Amazon goofed up my order, I shot an email to Guitarbitz and they got back to me in less than an hour. They arranged for a replacement to arrive the very next day. Their next day delivery comes with a one-hour time slot, so you ain't stuck waiting around all day. The instrument was packed up really well. I'd definitely suggest them.

My most recent purchase was an ex-display Fender Mustang I modeling amp that I ordered yesterday, and it showed up around 10:40 this morning. I can't complain at all about the lightning-fast delivery. Now, about the amp itself? You'd never guess it was ex-display. It arrived in pristine condition, nicely packaged, and it plays like a dream (I've been jamming on it all day with my trusty Epi. SG). Plus, I saved a decent chunk of change compared to the usual retail price for this fantastic piece of equipment.

I've placed three orders with Guitarbitz in the last six years. Their prices are solid, the staff is always ready to help, and I've never encountered any issues. I have faith in Guitarbitz; they're my go-to for all things guitar.

I ordered a Vintage V100 in Cherry Sunburst, opting for Saturday delivery after placing my order on Friday morning. The main reasons I chose to shop here were:

a) They had one of the best prices around; the difference was so small that asking for a price promise would’ve just delayed things, so I skipped that.

b) They promised a 12-point pre-delivery check, which seemed to include a pretty thorough setup.

And let me tell you, I’m not let down. The guitar is in pristine condition, not a single blemish or fingerprint on it, and the action is about five times lower than my previous 'starter' guitar—no buzzing, no uneven frets. Guitarbitz will definitely be seeing more of my business in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this site and the vendor. I've been picking up affordable own brand strings at Axesrus, which do the job just fine—4 sets for £12. Recently, I grabbed a 3-pack of D'Addario EXL115-4PBT XL Electric Guitar Strings. I was on the hunt for something a bit heavier since I kept snapping the high E and B strings while trying to play some Clapton tunes—lots of bending involved! This 3-pack comes with a Free Balanced Tension Set, 11-49, and honestly, it’s almost as cheap as the own brand stuff. Just 50p more, and you’re getting D'Addario. Case closed! :)

I bought a guitar along with a case, and I got a solid deal on the discontinued model. Plus, I snagged a £20 discount on the case, which made me really happy. The delivery and service were top-notch. Just one little issue ~ The website claims: 0% FINANCE ON ALL PURCHASES OVER £279 ~ I SPENT £664 ~ 'No can do finance since the guitar is on sale.' A bit misleading and kinda disappointing!!
